What is the return policy?
Wax Melts — All sales final
Due to the nature of scent products, no returns or exchanges for preference reasons (scent, strength, color). If melts arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and order number — we'll send a replacement.
Candles — Exchange or replacement within 14 days
Returns accepted for damaged glass or manufacturing defects (tunneling, bad wick, significant sinkholes). Not accepted for scent preference. Must be unused, in original packaging. Email a photo before sending anything back.
Candle-Making Parties — Cancellation window
Bookings are non-refundable. Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, and we'll find a new date. Less than 48 hours forfeits the deposit; no-shows forfeit the full amount.
Farmers Market / In-Person — All sales final
Standard for markets. Encourage customers to smell testers and ask questions before buying.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages — We'll make it right
Contact us within 7 days if damaged in transit or never arrived. Not responsible for the wrong address entered at checkout.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are made local to Colorado.
